-> Participants are highly encouraged to join both sessions where possible
⏰Time:
*09:00 - 17:00
-> Full day attendance is required
🏫Location:
*St Leonards Library (88 Christie Street, St Leonards)
🧘🏻‍♀️Format:
*In person, no overnight stay and full attendance is required
📖Program content:
*8 form moving meditation, sitting meditation, walking meditation, yoga, guided self-massage after meditation, Master Sheng Yen's Dharma Talk via YouTube, group sharing
🚨Pre-requisites:
*Completion of Beginners' Meditation Class or previous meditation experience required

💰Activity Fee
*$60 AUD per day (light vegan lunch provided)
🍽️To bring list:
*Meditation cushions and towels will be provided, please kindly bring your own:
- your own reusable cup/water bottle
- own cutlery
- personal medication

*Please wear appropriate and loose clothing suitable for meditation
